These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EventAnnouncer (the "Service"), operated by EventAnnouncer ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and expire at the end of the cycle unless otherwise stated. Unused credits do not roll over. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file at each billing cycle. Refunds for subscription payments are handled in line with applicable consumer protection law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

All Service branding, design, and software are owned by EventAnnouncer. You retain ownership of your original text input. Audio generated by the Service is licensed to you for commercial and non-commercial use in connection with your events. You may not redistribute the Service itself or claim ownership of the underlying AI models or voices.
The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Google, Stripe). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
You may delete your account at any time via the Settings menu. We may terminate your account if you breach these Terms. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
